Job Description

The ideal candidate is a highly skilled, organized professional who will work independently and as a team member, interacting with all levels of the organization. This role also manages special projects, event/meeting planning, and calendaring. Incumbent must be a self-starter who can be discreet, act with the highest integrity and hold sensitive information in the strictest confidence. This position requires the individual to exercise judgment and initiative, practice a high degree of flexibility, operate effectively in a fast-moving environment and multi-task to get the job done.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage the flow of information to and from the CFO, keeping informed and initiating appropriate responses.
• Manage calendar and schedule meetings for CFO and team members as required.
• Coordinate all logistics and details of travel, preparing detailed itineraries; and submitting travel expenses according to T&E policy.
• Interface with investor relations and investors to schedule meetings and respond to inquiries.
• Efficiently and effectively organize and prioritize assignments and projects to meet management needs.
• Produces minutes and actions from meetings as needed.
• Provide administrative support to ensure activities are conducted in a professional manner, representative of the Company.
• Maintain functional KPIs and coordinate consolidation among team members.
• Draft, proofread, and edit internal and external communications, presentations, and reports, ensuring professionalism and accuracy.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree (Business major preferred)
• 5+ years supporting C-Suite executives and/or management experience of increased responsibility.
• High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office
