Regional Community Growth Leader — Olympic & Coast

- Leads membership growth, volunteer support, and community engagement within the communities of Clallam, Jefferson, and Mason Counties.
- Responsible for recruiting and retaining girls and volunteers, building strong community partnerships, and serving as the primary support partner for volunteers through coaching, problem-solving, and connection to council tools and resources.
- Works across teams to deliver responsive service, strengthen the volunteer experience, and help create inclusive opportunities for girls and families.
- Travels regularly within assigned geographic area to support volunteers, recruitment efforts, and community engagement activities.
