Environmental Services Team Member

At Novant Health, our Environmental Services team plays an important role in creating a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for patients, visitors, and team members. This position will focus on keeping our Learning Center clean and ready for use.

What You'll Do

• Clean and sanitize the Learning Center after hours
• Remove trash and replace liners
• Clean and disinfect surfaces
• Vacuum, sweep, mop, and dust as needed
• Keep restrooms and common areas clean
• Follow cleaning and safety procedures
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for everyone who uses the Learning Center

What We're Looking For

Education

• High School Diploma or GED preferred

Experience

• Previous hospital or commercial housekeeping experience preferred

Qualifications

• Able to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
• Reliable and able to work independently
• Detail-oriented and committed to maintaining a clean environment
• Able to interact professionally with patients, visitors, and team members
