Position Description We are seeking CNO Developer specializing in firmware to join our team, supporting the development and enhancement of both new and existing cyber capabilities. This role emphasizes low-level software development, reverse engineering, and firmware analysis across diverse architectures. The ideal candidate will have deep proficiency in C programming and hands‑on experience with reverse engineering techniques, contributing to cyber operations. Desired Skills Design, develop, and maintain CNO capabilities for firmware-based systems. Perform reverse engineering on firmware across multiple architectures. Support the development and enhancement of existing cyber capabilities. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure solutions meet operational and technical requirements. Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize firmware‑related software for reliability and performance. Strong proficiency in C programming. Experience performing reverse engineering on diverse hardware and software architectures. Preferred Qualifications Experience with vulnerability research. Experience analyzing or developing firmware for embedded systems or network devices. Familiarity with low‑level hardware interactions and firmware development environments. Requirements Must be a U.S. citizen. Must hold an active clearance with a Polygraph. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field. Physical Requirements This position involves sedentary work with physical requirements expected for at least 50% of the time.
