In this pivotal role, you’ll lead transformative projects and drive growth through your expertise and commitment to excellence. Responsibilities Apply deep knowledge of engineering principles to design water and wastewater distribution systems, surface water management systems, site grading, roadway design, and more. Oversee projects from initial entitlements to construction completion, ensuring every phase is executed flawlessly. Efficiently handle multiple permitting entitlements across various governmental agencies, leveraging local expertise to streamline the process. Develop and implement sophisticated permitting strategies to meet deadlines for both expansive developments and compact commercial projects. Actively participate in marketing initiatives to enhance our company’s presence, and build and maintain strong relationships with clients and government entities. Deliver exceptional projects and ensure high levels of client satisfaction, contributing to company growth. Qualifications Educational Background: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from an EAC/ABET accredited university. Professional Certification: PE Licensure is required. Local Experience: Relevant work experience in Maryland is preferred. Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, WaterCAD, StormCAD, and SewerCAD is preferred. Work Environment: Ability to work in our Mitchellville office on a hybrid schedule. Pay Range $90,000 — $126,000 USD Benefits Generous paid time off, paid parental leave, flexible work schedules.
