Dispatch Coordinator

To ensure timely and accurate delivery of legal documents, the full-time Dispatch Coordinator for Process Servers will manage job dispatching, coordinate with servers and internal partners, and monitor task boards remotely from Arkansas. Key Responsibilities Monitor internal application task board to identify and manage aging unclaimed jobs Coordinate with servers to claim jobs and resolve issues related to missing customer information Analyze trends in unclaimed jobs and communicate findings to relevant teams for escalation and resolution Required Qualifications 1-2 years of experience in dispatching, customer service, or operations coordination Strong organizational skills to manage high-volume tasks and shifting priorities Ability to analyze information and identify roadblocks for appropriate escalation Comfortable navigating digital tools, internal platforms, and map-based systems Proven ability to work independently while contributing to team goals
