Schedule: 07:00 - 19:00 (Days, 3x12-Hour; block scheduling cannot be accommodated/guaranteed)
Contract Length: 52 weeks
Candidate Type: Traveler
Requirements: PICU and NICU experience; 2 years PICU experience; BLS, NRP, ACLS and PALS; Dr Browns Infant Driven Feeding Cert; Epic experience; VA license may be pending
Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing care across various pediatric units within the float pool.
• Float to PICU, NICU, pediatric medical-surgical, pediatric PACU, pediatric ED boarders, and postpartum/mother-baby units as assigned.
• Apply pediatric critical care experience across varied patient care environments.
• Document patient care using Epic.
• Adhere to UVA’s float policy and assigned scheduling requirements.
