Manages the flow of all production and development of jobs through the system. This position is required to work on‑site. Responsibilities Administer Company, Division, and Department security and area policies, procedures and standards. Understand security and environmental issues related to the datacenter. Develop information/data for the Information Services Division morning status reports and ensure accuracy. Maintain documentation manuals up to date. Communicate and interact with both technical and non‑technical personnel while resolving problems. Fill out a UCR and Incident ticket for hardware/software problems and maintain the logbook for Customer Engineers. Utilize console and auxiliary equipment efficiently to process scheduled jobs. Maintain necessary materials and equipment to process work. Ensure reports are printed according to due dates to meet department and company SLAs. Report program, machine, and scheduling problems to the Shift Supervisor. Clean and maintain all equipment in the print shop per guidelines. Print reports, fill out order forms, and print and void checks for systems. Assist in implementation of new software and hardware installations. Monitor and react to IT operations schedules. Maintain accurate logs and documentation of system operations, issues and resolutions. Qualifications Problem–solving and analytical skills, able to troubleshoot computer problems. Time‑management skills to ensure tickets, job failures, alerts and reports are completed on time. Strong communication skills and ability to follow directions clearly. Experience with Excel, Word, and Microsoft office applications. Ensure data security and integrity through adherence to company protocols. Preferred: knowledge and/or experience with ISPF, TSO, OnDemand; automated job scheduling software, automated report distribution and tracking software; MVS commands; RICOH printers and RPD. Education and Experience High School education or its equivalent. Physical Requirements Lift up to 50 pounds up to 80% of the time for a 12‑hour shift. Stand on feet up to 80% of the time for a 12‑hour shift. Work 12‑hour shifts on a 3‑day rotation schedule, including some holidays and weekends. Compensation $23.58 - $29.40 per hour, Non‑Exempt, Grade12. Compensation range is an estimate; offers reviewed to ensure fair pay aligned with skills, education, experience, and training.
