Position: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Location: Houston County Jail | Georgia
Schedule: Full-Time Nights | 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
Rotation: Rotating Schedule Including Every Other Weekend

Southern Health Partners is seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team at the Houston County Jail. What You'll Do
- Provide direct patient care and nursing assessments
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments
- Monitor patient conditions and report changes
- Respond to urgent and emergent medical situations
- Assist with chronic care management
- Maintain accurate electronic medical records
- Collaborate with providers and fellow healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient care
