Location: 130 Calo Lane, Lake Ozark, MO 65049

Lake Ozark is the only location for this role. Shifts available: Day (6AM - 4PM) | Mid (1PM–10PM) Full-Time | On-Site | 4-Day Work Weeks | Weekend availability required

Calo Programs is hiring Behavior Health Associates , also known as Direct Support Professionals (DSPs), Youth Care Workers, Residential Counselors, or Behavioral Health Technicians , to support youth overcoming trauma and emotional challenges.

This is a year-round opportunity (not seasonal) to grow your career while doing meaningful, purpose-driven work in a nationally recognized residential treatment program.

Responsibilities

• Support youth with daily routines, hygiene, chores, and personal development
• Engage in group therapy and team‑building activities
• Ensure a safe, structured, and emotionally supportive environment
• Participate in engaging on‑and off‑campus activities that promote healing and personal growth.
• Implement treatment strategies alongside clinical teams
• Maintain professional boundaries while offering genuine mentorship

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Age 21+
• Ability to pass background checks and physical
• Experience in residential care or with at‑risk youth preferred (but not required)

EMTs and those with first responder backgrounds are encouraged to apply!
