- Profit-Sharing Plan: We share our profits with all employees who work at least 1,000 hours per year and are 18 years or older. The exclusion is certain non-resident aliens. Employees become 20% vested per year after 2 years of service, 100% vesting occurs after 6 years. It's a very generous plan.
