POSITION OVERVIEW
TISAS is looking for a Sales Support Coordinator to support sales operations within the firearms and sporting goods industry. This position ensures accurate order processing, compliant documentation, efficient communication with FFL dealers and distributors, and smooth coordination between sales, production, and logistics. The Sales Support Coordinator helps maintain a high level of customer satisfaction while upholding industry regulations and internal quality standards. This role reports to the VP of Sales.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales Support & Administration

• Prepare quotes, dealer pricing sheets, SMU program documentation, and product spec sheets.
• Maintain accurate SKU, UPC, and variant data for firearms, accessories, and serialized components.
• Manage CRM/ERP entries for customers, orders, serial numbers, and inventory availability.
• Assist sales reps with product information, MAP pricing updates, and promotional materials.

Customer & Dealer Coordination

• Serve as a primary contact for FFL dealers, distributors, and buying groups regarding product availability, lead times, and order status.
• Verify FFL documentation for new accounts and ensure compliance before shipment.
• Support dealer onboarding, including account setup, terms, and required compliance documents.
• Respond to inquiries about product specs, finishes, SMU configurations, and accessory compatibility.

Order Management & Fulfillment

• Enter and validate sales orders, ensuring accuracy of pricing, serialized items, and shipping instructions.
• Coordinate with production and warehouse teams to confirm inventory, serial number allocation, and packaging requirements.
• Track shipments, manage delivery timelines, and resolve issues related to carrier delays or order discrepancies.
• Prepare shipping confirmations, invoices, and compliance-related documentation.

Reporting & Data Management

• Generate weekly/monthly sales reports, dealer performance summaries, and inventory movement reports.
• Maintain organized digital records for FFLs, quotes, contracts, SMU programs, and serialized shipments.
• Assist in forecasting demand based on sales trends, distributor feedback, and inventory levels.

Team Coordination

• Schedule dealer calls, product demos, and internal sales meetings.
• Support trade shows, range events, and product launches with logistics, materials, and follow-up communication (minimal travel required).
• Ensure alignment between sales, marketing, production, and compliance teams.

REQUIREMENTS

Required Qualifications

• Experience in sales support, coordination, or administrative roles within firearms, outdoor sporting goods, or related industries.
• Strong proficiency with Business Central / Navision / Dynamics 365 is required.
• Understanding of FFL requirements, serialized inventory handling, and industry compliance basics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail, especially with serial numbers, SKUs, and documentation.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with firearms manufacturers, distributors, or FFL dealers is a plus.
• Familiarity with ATF compliance processes, shipping regulations, and serialized inventory workflows.
• Knowledge of firearms platforms, components, finishes, and accessory categories.
• Understanding of MAP policies, dealer programs, and industry pricing structures.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

• Compensation: $60,000-$65,000 per year

• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
• Location: Onsite - Buford, GA
• Travel: Minimal travel required for trade shows
• Reports to: VP of Sales
