Branch Operations Manager Location: 255 Echelon Road, Greenville, South Carolina 29605 TruGreen accepts applications on an ongoing basis. Job Summary A Branch Operations Manager oversees daily branch operations, ensuring efficiency, customer satisfaction, and regulatory compliance. The role involves staff management, operational policies, performance goal achievement, and continuous improvement. Core Responsibilities Operational Management: Oversee daily branch execution, ensure timely and quality service delivery, provide a safe workplace through training, prepare composite reports, translate district goals into branch priorities, supervise technician teams, and lead daily huddles. Staff Management: Hire, train, evaluate, and develop branch staff. Conduct performance evaluations, recommend salaries, administer disciplinary actions, and plan ongoing training. Customer Service: Serve as the branch face for customers, maintain high satisfaction, address inquiries, coach lawn specialists, reduce cancellations, and prepare materials for customer interactions. Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies, federal, state, and local regulations and proper licensing of production staff. Financial Management: Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial metrics for the branch. Performance Analysis: Analyze operational data to identify trends, challenges, and improvement opportunities. Strategic Implementation: Develop and implement operational strategies to drive efficiency and optimize performance. Team Leadership: Foster a positive culture, promote employee engagement, and impact associate engagement initiatives. Process Improvement: Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and profitability. Competencies Leadership and Management Operational Expertise Customer Service Communication Skills Analytical Skills Financial Acumen Problem‑Solving Compliance Knowledge Adaptability Education and Experience Requirements Associate’s degree in business or related discipline and at least 2 years of related experience in lawn/horticulture/agronomy/lawn‑care services, or equivalent education/experience. Minimum 2 years of supervisory management experience. Valid permanent driver’s license from state of residence. Must be 21 years of age by date of hire.
