About the Job We’re hiring a Regional Manager, Orthopedics to lead the selling and commercial efforts within a defined territory for our growing organization. This role will focus specifically on our Ossigraft portfolio of orthopedic products, driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and strengthening key customer relationships. Responsibilities include executing the commercial strategy within your assigned territory by maintaining a strong and consistent presence in the field. On a daily basis, you’ll meet with surgeons, physicians, and clinical staff to promote the biologics portfolio, provide product education, and support clinical adoption. The role includes delivering presentations, conducting in‑service training, and providing operating room case coverage as needed. The Regional Manager actively identifies opportunities to expand business within existing accounts while prospecting and developing new relationships across hospitals, ambulatory surgery centers, and specialty clinics. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree (Business, Life Sciences, or related field preferred) 3–5 years of experience in medical device sales, specifically within the biologics space Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales quotas Strong clinical acumen and ability to engage in high‑level medical discussions Experience selling into operating rooms and hospital environments preferred Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Strong analytical and territory planning capabilities Ability to travel within the assigned region as needed (50‑75%) Excellent written and oral communication skills Capability to operate with a high level of organization and excellent time management in a dynamic startup environment This position is field based in the broader Midwest region; some ideal metro areas are Chicago, St Louis, Indianapolis, or Kansas City Candidates must reside within 50 miles of a major airport Preferred Qualifications 5+ years spinal hardware and/or biologics experience Foot & Ankle experience Key Responsibilities Lead and execute regional sales strategy for the Ossigraft product portfolio Drive revenue growth and consistently achieve or exceed sales targets Identify and develop new business opportunities within hospitals, surgery centers, and physician offices Build and maintain strong relationships with surgeons, clinical staff, supply chain, and administrative stakeholders Provide product education, training, and in‑service support to clinical teams Collaborate with marketing, operations, and executive leadership to align commercial initiatives Analyze regional performance metrics and develop action plans to optimize results Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory standards, and industry guidelines Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM documentation First Six‑Month Projects Targeting and onboarding new distribution opportunities to drive revenue growth Meeting with customers and providing clinical sales supportWorking with key decision makers to facilitate hospital approvals and contracting Attending industry conferences and meetings Benefits Competitive salaries Stock options 401(k) matching Medical, dental and vision coverage Four weeks of PTO accrued annually plus 11 company holidays Employer‑paid life insurance and long‑term disability Gym membership/recreational sports reimbursements Equal Employment Opportunity Ossium Health provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, or any other protected characteristic.
