Qualifications:

• Valid certification or licensure as a School Psychologist
• Master’s or Doctoral degree from an accredited program in School Psychology or related field
• Solid understanding of child and adolescent development, assessment procedures, and evidence-based interventions
• Experience conducting comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with educators, families, and multi-disciplinary teams
• Ability to interpret educational and psychological data for individualized planning
• Commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive school climate

Responsibilities:

• Administer standardized assessments and interpret results to inform eligibility and intervention recommendations
• Provide individual and group counseling to address academic, social, emotional, and behavioral needs
• Participate in crisis response and intervention planning
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education programs (IEPs) and behavior intervention plans
• Consult with teachers, administrators, and family members to promote academic and behavioral success
• Maintain documentation in accordance with state and federal regulations
• Deliver professional development and guidance to school staff as needed
