Physical Therapist

Role Overview This position involves providing comprehensive physical therapy assessments and treatments to patients, reviewing and following physician treatment protocols, and participating in ongoing care reassessments. The therapist will accurately document clinical activities to ensure proper billing and communicate effectively with patients, physicians, and clinical staff. Responsibilities include delivering exceptional customer service, offering patient education, and contributing to facility in-service activities. The role also entails maintaining a safe, clean environment and assisting with equipment and supply management. Additional duties may be assigned by the Director of Inpatient Unit. Qualifications & Skills Graduation from an accredited physical therapy program and current state licensure Current BLS certification Experience in general physical therapy, sports, or industrial medicine preferred Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills Proficiency in Windows, spreadsheets, and word processing is preferred Ability to lift over 20 pounds, push/pull over 25 pounds, and stand or walk for extended periods Physical Demands Requires frequent sitting, conversing, listening, and manual dexterity, with vision requirements including close focus.
