Kelly Engineering is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor for a confidential manufacturing client in Orangeburg, NY. This role will support third-shift operations and lead operators working with high-speed packaging equipment.

Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor 3rd Shift Location: Orangeburg, NY Employment Type: Direct Hire Compensation: $75,000$90,000 base salary + $10,000 third-shift differential + 7.5% target bonus

Responsibilities

• Lead and support third-shift maintenance and packaging operations
• Supervise operators working with high-speed packaging equipment
• Troubleshoot mechanical and equipment issues to minimize downtime
• Prioritize maintenance needs and coordinate repairs to keep production moving
• Support safe work practices, quality requirements, and production goals
• Partner with Maintenance, Operations, and Engineering teams to resolve issues and improve equipment performance

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience supporting high-speed packaging equipment
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting experience in a manufacturing environment
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience with operators or production employees
• Comfortable working a permanent third-shift schedule
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
