Pool Server - Hotel Pool

Join our dynamic team as a Pool Server, where you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional service to our hotel guests and visitors at our outdoor pool area. Key Responsibilities:

Greet and serve hotel guests and pool visitors with professionalism and friendliness
Take food and beverage orders, including cocktails, and ensure timely delivery
Maintain a clean and organized service area, including poolside tables and surrounding spaces
Monitor guest safety and ensure compliance with pool rules and regulations
Handle orders and transactions accurately
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction

Requirements

Skills and Qualifications:

Previous experience in food and beverage service, preferably in outdoor or poolside settings
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to cleanliness and detail
Ability to stand for extended periods and work outdoors in various weather conditions
Basic knowledge of alcohol service and responsible beverage service practices
Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varied shifts
