Inventory Specialist

CommandLink is looking for an Inventory Specialist to manage the flow of boxes, equipment, and office supplies in and out of our facility. This role involves basic shipping and receiving tasks, maintaining inventory, and preparing equipment for shipping. Experience in a similar role is required. If you're organized and can handle tasks independently, we'd love to have you on our team. This role is Full-Time, onsite 5 days a week at our Mesa, Arizona location. Key Responsibilities: Receive and inspect incoming shipments, ensuring the accuracy and condition of items. Track and record inventory levels of office supplies and equipment. Handle shipping and receiving of packages. Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, shipments, and orders. Generate basic inventory reports as needed. Assist with organizing the office and maintaining a clean, orderly workspace. Takes on additional responsibilities and projects as needed to support the success of the team and organization. Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED Equivalent is required 1-3 years of related experience in shipping and receiving, inventory role. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to move boxes weighing up to 50lbs across the office for various needs.
