Registered Nurse - Cardiac Cath Lab/EP

Job Summary:
Seeking a highly skilled RN with electrophysiology experience to join a leading cardiac program in Nashville. The role involves supporting complex cardiac procedures in a fast-paced, state-of-the-art Cath Lab environment.

Responsibilities:

• Perform monitoring and circulating duties during cath lab and EP procedures.
• Assist with diagnostic, interventional, and complex cardiac procedures, including PCI, TAVR, and ablations.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort while adhering to procedural protocols.
• Maintain accurate documentation using Merge Hemo and Meditech systems.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to provide optimal patient care.
• Follow unit policies, guidelines, and safety standards consistently.

Qualifications:

• RN license with current BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in cath lab or EP procedures.
• Demonstrate proficiency with GE and Philips x-ray systems and advanced cardiovascular equipment.
• Proven ability to scrub, monitor, and assist with complex cardiology interventions.
• Strong knowledge of cardiac procedures such as PCI, TAVR, ICD, pacemakers, and ablations.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
