One (1) year of nursing assistant work experience within the past five years may be substituted for completion of one of the below trainings:Nursing Assistant or Patient Care Assistant Program; orState of Alabama Certified Nursing Assistant certification; orState of Alabama Licensed Practical Nurse; orGraduate of an approved school of nursing; orMedical Corpsman, Emergency Medical Technician or Paramedic; orMedical personnel licensed outside the United StatesLicensure/CertificationMaintains current BLS/HealthCare Provider certification.ExperienceOne (1) year of experience within the past five years in a relevant healthcare setting.
