ELECTROPHYSIOLOGY CLINIC OPPORTUNITY at Banner University Medical Center Tucson
Banner University Medical Group is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner in our busy Electrophysiology Clinic. Our NP will become an integral part of the growing Cardiovascular Institute with Banner University Medicine in Tucson.
‘Work schedule: Full Time | 4 - 10 hour shifts
As a Nurse Practitioner, this position is involved in clinical management of patients, performance of cardioversions, interpretation of diagnostic tests, prescription of medications, education, consultation, and research. This position requires working closely with physicians and other clinicians in a team approach to patient care.
Practice details and qualifications include:
NP experience in Critical Care, Cardiology or Electrophysiology; new grads welcome with RN critical care or specialty experience
Outpatient experience in an ambulatory setting desired
Current Board Certification and Current Arizona License
Critical Care training and experience
Current CPR, BLS, and ACLS certifications
Current prescribing privileges including a DEA license for controlled substances
