Production Associate
Location: Springfield, Ohio
Pay: $19.50 per hour
Shift: Schedule to be discussed during the interview
Position Summary
We are seeking a Production Associate to support daily manufacturing and assembly operations. This position involves operating production equipment, inspecting products for quality, and maintaining an efficient and safe work environment.
Job Duties
Operate and monitor production equipment according to established procedures
Perform quality checks and inspections to ensure products meet standards
Maintain accurate production records and documentation
Report equipment issues or production concerns to supervisors
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow established safety procedures
Work with team members to meet production goals
Assist with additional production tasks as assigned
Requirements
Ability to follow detailed instructions and procedures
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Ability to perform physical production duties
Willingness to work in a manufacturing environment
