Key Responsibilities

• Conduct direct clinical services by working with assigned clients to assess symptoms, develop treatment plans, and implement individualized care.
• Participate actively as a member of a multidisciplinary team by collaborating on treatment strategies and sharing knowledge to enhance patient care.
• Establish and nurture positive relationships with clients, fostering trust and facilitating open communication throughout the therapeutic process.
• Provide crisis intervention when necessary and engage in proactive risk management strategies to ensure client safety.
• Complete comprehensive assessments and screen for mental health issues, effectively utilizing evidence-based methodologies to inform treatment decisions.
• Develop, implement, and monitor integrated care plans, ensuring seamless coordination between clients, families, and providers.
• Assist with the creation of focused treatment and recovery services targeting client needs, emphasizing their strengths and capabilities.
• Maintain detailed documentation of sessions, including progress notes, treatment plans, and outcomes, ensuring compliance with ethical guidelines and regulatory standards.
• Engage in continuous professional development by participating in committees aimed at improving service delivery and conducting quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

The selected candidate will receive a competitive salary in the range of USD 70,000 to 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
