Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) to join our team at Stellar Health Group. As a valued member of our nursing staff, you will provide exceptional care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and psychological needs are met.

Responsibilities:

• Provide certified nursing assistant services to assigned residents in accordance with care plans, facility policies, and procedures

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and toileting

• Assist with lifting, turning, and moving residents, and provide support with mobility and transfers

• Coordinate dining room services, including set-up, meal tray delivery, and feeding assistance

• Deliver nutritional supplements to residents and document intake

• Assist with weighing residents and tracking skin condition

• Complete flow sheets daily to indicate task completion and document progress

• Maintain accurate records and reports, and keep supervisor informed of resident's condition and any changes

Requirements:

• Licensed Nursing Assistant in good standing with the state

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Current CPR/BLS certification

• At least one year of experience as a certified nursing assistant in long-term care

• Must have no disciplinary action in effect against certification
