What You’ll Do:

• Provide direct therapy and intervention to elementary-age students with diverse speech, language, and communication needs
• Conduct thorough evaluations, develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs), and implement evidence-based treatment
• Support varied caseloads, including students needing articulation, language, and augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) services
• Document progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with school and state guidelines
• Participate in team meetings, collaborate with educators, and communicate with families to maximize student success
• Utilize paid administrative hours for planning, documentation, and collaboration
• Engage in ongoing professional growth and training opportunities

Desired Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
• Current or eligible licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in North Carolina
• Completion of required background check and fingerprinting prior to start date
• Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting and/or familiarity with AAC devices preferred
• Commitment to inclusive, student-centered practices and strong organizational skills
