$18.00 - $26.00/hr Full time Shifts may vary Position Summary Our Bakery/Packager associates prepare fresh baked items daily for our members by following recipes and wrapping, labeling, and storing merchandise to ensure the freshest items are available for customers. This role requires juggling multiple tasks quickly while maintaining a focus on member satisfaction. Be an Expert : Prepare bakery merchandise by operating equipment, following recipes, wrapping, labeling, and storing items in accordance with company policies, food‑safety standards, and inventory procedures. Be a Techie : Use handheld technology to make immediate decisions related to production, ordering, training, and product quality, with a focus on the member experience. Be an Owner : Commit to operational excellence by maintaining the work area, ensuring quality and date‑control standards, securing sensitive merchandise, eliminating waste, and supporting member purchasing decisions. Be an Ambassador : Advocate for the department and the club by modeling high‑quality service, exhibiting energy, commitment, and passion for the work, and adhering to company policies and ethics.
