At the core of our Winamac, IN location is our Construction Equipment Yard Technician — a hands‑on role that keeps our equipment yard organized, productive, and moving. If you enjoy working outdoors around heavy machinery and taking equipment apart, this could be a great fit for you. What You’ll Do Pulling and harvesting parts from construction equipment Inspecting and identifying hydraulic, drivetrain, and structural components Dismantling machinery such as excavators, loaders, telehandlers, and skid steers Relocating equipment and components within the yard Scrapping aged or non‑rebuildable equipment Maintaining yard cleanliness and organization Assisting customers with loading and unloading parts This position works primarily independently and requires strong mechanical aptitude and safe equipment operation. Hours Day shift hours, Monday through Friday. No evenings, weekends, or holidays required! Compensation This position pays an hourly base compensation plus overtime. Pay is dependent on experience and can range from $20.00 – $25.00, dependent upon qualifications & experience.
