About the Role

The Company is seeking an Assistant Vice President of Investment Tax to lead and support the development of impactful tax strategies for investment activities across public and private markets in the Americas. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic tax structuring support for complex investment opportunities and asset acquisitions, ensuring compliance with tax regulations, and contributing to the development of tax governance policies and risk management strategies. This role requires a tax expert with a Juris Doctor (JD) degree, a minimum of 8 years' of relevant tax experience, and a strong background in international or M&A/funds tax. The AVP will also be involved in training initiatives to enhance tax awareness, maintaining knowledge of tax laws, and promoting collaboration to achieve organizational goals. Applicants for the Assistant Vice President of Investment Tax position at the company should have a JD degree, with an LL.M. in taxation preferred, and a minimum of 8 years' of relevant tax experience.
