Are you a dedicated and compassionate RN/LPN looking to make a difference in the lives of our residents? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team on 1st shift at our Cedar Rapids location.
Responsibilities:- Provide compassionate care to residents in a long-term care setting
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers
- Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure the highest quality of care
- Document resident care and medication administration accurately and timely
- Monitor resident's condition and communicate any changes to the healthcare team
- Current RN/LPN license in the state of Iowa
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a long-term care setting preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for providing high-quality care to geriatric residents
