Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Manager – Four Seasons Nursing & Rehabilitation Location: Brooklyn, NY Schedule: Full-Time | 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM | On-Call Availability Required Facility Type: Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation Center Lead with Compassion. We are a respected skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility located in Brooklyn, NY , currently seeking a qualified Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Manager to join our leadership team. This is a key role for a passionate RN who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is ready to lead clinical care while making a lasting impact on resident outcomes. Position Overview: As the RN Unit Manager , you will oversee the clinical operations of your assigned nursing unit, ensuring high-quality care and regulatory compliance. You will be responsible for supervising nursing staff, supporting care planning, and maintaining communication with residents, families, and medical professionals.
