Travel Registered Nurse - Operating Room

Role: Operating Room Registered Nurse (RN) responsible for delivering comprehensive perioperative patient care, ensuring safety, infection control, and collaboration with surgical teams. Responsibilities Prepare operating rooms, assist with patient positioning, maintain sterile environments, support surgical teams with instruments and supplies, monitor patient conditions during procedures, handle specimens, document care, and ensure seamless communication during pre- and post-operative phases. Also, assist with room turnover and adhere to safety protocols. Qualifications & Skills One year of recent OR RN experience, valid RN license, current BLS certification; preferred certifications include ACLS, PALS, ENPC, and CNOR. Must demonstrate critical thinking, excellent communication, physical stamina, technical skills, and the ability to work under pressure. Adequate visual acuity and sensory capabilities are required.
