Firehouse Subs #1822 - Brickyard Riverside We are looking for individuals to join our team for part‑time or full‑time positions. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or equivalent and at least one year of experience in food service or retail. Roles and Responsibilities Cashier Excellent menu and product knowledge. Able to communicate effectively with guests and handle questions and concerns in a professional manner. Accountable for the accuracy of the guest’s order. Proficient use of the POS system. Accuracy of the cash drawer. It’s a customer‑facing job; often the first touchpoint with the customer. Crew Member / Production Line Accountable for the preparation of the guest’s order. Able to communicate effectively with guests and handle questions and concerns in a professional manner. Excellent menu and product knowledge. Slicer Must be 18 years old. Slicing and portioning meat is a major responsibility. Also involves slicing tomatoes, onions, and other food prep. All Team Members Should Have The ability to multi‑task and adapt to a fast‑paced environment. A friendly, outgoing personality with the confidence to succeed. Passion for people and food. Able and willing to complete other restaurant functions such as cashier or cleaning, per management direction, or any other duties assigned by the general manager, assistant manager, or shift leader.
