- Evaluate patients through comprehensive assessments to determine treatment needs.
- Develop and implement individualized rehabilitation plans tailored to patient conditions.
- Monitor patient progress and modify therapy interventions as necessary.
- Supervise clinical assistants and aides, providing guidance and mentorship.
- Ensure compliance with all privacy, safety, and regulatory standards.
- Document patient care accurately using electronic health record systems.
- Valid state license as a Physical Therapist in hand at time of submission.
- Minimum of 2 years acute rehab experience.
- BLS certification from AHA, current and in hand.
- Proven experience with Epic charting preferred.
- Ability to work day shifts from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
- Must have recent background check clearance, with no prior DUIs or background hits.
