Join the team at The Verve Hotel - Boston Natick as a Dishwasher and play a vital role in maintaining cleanliness and efficiency within our kitchen. We are seeking a reliable and hardworking individual to ensure all kitchenware and utensils are thoroughly cleaned and ready for daily use in our busy hotel environment. Responsibilities Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using dishwashers and by hand when necessary Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing station and kitchen areas Assist kitchen staff by restocking clean dishes and utensils as needed Dispose of trash and recyclables properly and maintain waste areas Follow all health and safety regulations in food handling and sanitation Support kitchen staff with other duties as assigned to ensure smooth kitchen operations Requirements Previous experience in dishwashing or similar role preferred but not required Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle repetitive tasks Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness Ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy items when necessary Team player with a positive attitude and good communication skills Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays Benefits Pay of $17.50 - $17.50 per hour, paid bi-weekly Opportunities for advancement within The Verve Hotel Friendly and supportive work environment Employee discounts and perks at hotel facilities Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance Optional Supplemental Insurance Personal and Vacation time 401(k) Retirement Plan Life Insurance About The Company The Verve Hotel - Boston Natick is a contemporary, vibrant hotel located in Natick, MA, offering exceptional service and guest experiences.
