Machine Operator

Pay: $20.00-$24.00/hr

We're hiring Machine Operators to join a growing manufacturing and fabrication team. In this role, you'll work with modern production equipment to manufacture custom products including cabinetry, countertops, millwork, fixtures, and other fabricated components.

• Operate CNC and production machinery to manufacture quality products.
• Measure, position, and process materials accurately.
• Read tape measures and verify product specifications.
• Monitor machine performance and product quality throughout production.
• Perform basic machine adjustments and troubleshooting.
• Load and unload materials from production equipment.
• Complete quality inspections on finished products.
• Enter production information and job updates into computer systems.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Work with a variety of materials including wood, stone, and composite products.

• Previous manufacturing, production, or machine operating experience preferred.
• CNC operating experience is a plus.
• Ability to accurately read a tape measure.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working around manufacturing equipment or machinery.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds when necessary.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.

This position is based in a manufacturing and fabrication facility producing custom products for a variety of industries. Employees work in a fast-paced environment operating CNC and production equipment while standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the shift. Safety, quality, and teamwork are top priorities.

This is a Contract position based out of Omaha, NE.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
