Position: Full-Time | Monday to Friday | 8-Hour Day Shifts

Compensation: $40.00 - $50.01 per hour

Responsibilities

The Physical Therapist I is responsible for delivering evidence-based, patient-centered rehabilitation services aimed at restoring function, enhancing mobility, alleviating pain, and maximizing independence. You will work closely with physicians and an interdisciplinary care team to create tailored treatment plans that help patients reach their rehabilitation objectives.

• Assess patients and formulate individualized treatment plans.
• Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, gait training, mobility assistance, and functional rehabilitation.
• Track patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Educate patients and their caregivers on treatment protocols and home exercise regimens.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
• Ensure accurate EMR documentation and adherence to hospital and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Degree in Physical Therapy (Bachelor's, Master's, Doctorate, or Certificate).
• Current state Physical Therapy license.
• Current BCLS (AHA) certification upon hire, with maintenance required.
