About the role Remote Recruitment is hiring a Dispatch Coordinator for a UK based employer, fully remote from South Africa. You will own the daily dispatch schedule, booking carriers, tracking shipments and resolving delays before the customer notices them. What you'll do Plan and book daily collections and deliveries with carriers Produce shipping labels, manifests and export paperwork Track shipments in transit and resolve exceptions with carriers Keep customers and internal teams updated on status Investigate late, damaged or missing deliveries and log claims Report on carrier performance and dispatch volumes What they're looking for Experience coordinating dispatch, courier or delivery operations Familiarity with carrier portals such as DPD, DHL, UPS or Royal Mail Comfort handling exceptions and pursuing resolution Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills for scheduling and reporting Clear communication under time pressure Nice to have exposure to international shipping and customs paperwork For applicants in Nigeria The listing states 100% remote with South Africa based applicants and UK business hours; it does not specify Nigeria eligibility beyond remote work.
