Senior Health Screenings Coordinator Requisition Number: 39862 Location: San Antonio, TX Job Type: Full Time, Onsite Responsibilities Plan, organize and manage corporate screening events from start to finish using established guidelines. Create, maintain and enforce strict event deadlines. Communicate effectively with clients to maintain satisfaction and retention. Coordinate with staffing teams to ensure all onsite events are properly trained and equipped. Perform accurate client billing and invoicing on a monthly basis following EHS billing schedule guidelines. Host webinars or conference calls to provide screening process details to clients. Enter scheduled event details into the EHS scheduling system. Evaluate participation levels and adjust events as needed. Prepare and send paperwork to sites, including pre‑filled forms and day‑before emails with reports and contact information. Verify staffing, travel and technical requirements are met and send pre‑event confirmation emails. Make pre‑screening site calls to confirm readiness, paperwork and technician contact. Follow up with sites after each screening to gather feedback and record event grades in the online system. Print, pack and ship paperwork and pick tickets for onsite event shipments. Assist Project Managers and support other departments as required. Maintain a comprehensive understanding of HIPAA, BAA and related data handling standards. Conduct general office support tasks as needed. Qualifications High school diploma required. 3‑5 years of related experience. Strong computer skills; proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint (Photoshop a plus). Highly detail oriented with excellent organizational abilities. Excellent written and verbal communication, including client phone interaction. Exceptional customer service skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting to achieve high performance. Initiative and sense of urgency. Problem‑solving skills to identify and resolve issues proactively.
