The marine industry is going electric and Arc is building the platform that powers it.Who We're Looking ForAs Arc's Inventory Specialist, you will own the receiving, organizing and execution of inbound and outbound logistics. You will do this by being organized in your work area, keeping detailed records of inbound and outbound shipping and receiving as well as troubleshooting and resolving any open action items.You will be a full-time member of our Warehouse team and will work from our manufacturing facility in Los Angeles. As a startup, we operate in a fast-moving, dynamic environment that requires adaptability. That said, here are some responsibilities and qualifications that will remain relatively constant for this role.What You'll DoManaging raw materials, parts, and hardware for factory operations, including receiving, storing, and issuingPerforming efficient picking to create kits of necessary parts, materials, and hardware, ensuring availability and accuracyVerifying incoming materials for conformity and absence of damageMonitoring shelf life storage and uphold rigorous material handling practicesInvestigating and resolving discrepancies between inventory reports and physical inventoryRecording inventory activities in software, complete daily transactions, and link them to relevant work centersAssisting leaders with inventory replenishment tasksMinimum QualificationsClear written and verbal communicationExperience with computer software, including spreadsheets, email, and resource planning programsExperience with manufacturing inventory and kitting processesAbility to stand for four to six hours per day and lift up to 50 poundsBonus QualificationsHigh school degree or GED certificationPrior experience in a fast-paced manufacturing settingFamiliarity with operating forklifts or towing equipmentComfortable maintaining a fast but sustainable paceEnthusiasm for boating and clean energyAt Arc, we encourage diversity and welcome all qualified applicants, regardless of background, identity, or status.
