CRM & Client Success Manager
Merlin Group
Merlin Group in Kolkata is seeking a client relationship and post-sales liaison to manage ongoing communications with clients after lead generation. You will coordinate with sales and marketing, schedule site visits, and ensure timely delivery of project information, payment plans, and documents.
Responsibilities include maintaining the CRM, addressing inquiries, gathering client feedback, and supporting documentation and handover between sales and post-sales teams.
