Logistics Foreman (Hourly)

This is a full-time, in-person position. Key Responsibilities Work with subcontractors to coordinate activities around the site including excavations, walk paths, deliveries, crane activities, etc. Maintain site signage and designated walking pathways Communicate efficiently to multiple parties onsite Responsible for communicating logistics plans both internally and externally Qualifications Required: Technology inclined; will need computer and iPad for updating sitelogisticsplans. Up to 4 years of experience in coordinating workflow for construction sites. Strong communication skills, time management, and integrity. Must be agile/mobile, remain alert, be able to stand or walk for long periods of time, use fingers, hands & arms to reach, handle and manipulate objects, climb up/down ladders, scaffolds, and other objects. Work on uneven surfaces/heights, be able to read/write, and can see & hear well either naturally or with correction. Must be able to lift and carry materials of all shapes and sizes weighing 50-100 lbs., 75% of the time. Preferred: Individuals must work in an OSHA compliant safety environment.
