Internal Medicine opportunity in Lawrenceville, GeorgiaLocated 30 miles from Atlanta, GAFull-time, permanentThis opportunity is limited to primary care doctors who seek full-time work in a very successful physician-managed group offering top compensation.Designed for physicians who want to make a long-term commitment and earn top compensationSupervising physicians: Dr. Shah and Dr. RajuPractice Information: Servicing metro Atlanta since 198316 primary care physicians + 5 primary care nurse practitionersPhysician -led practice prioritizing its doctors Clinics welcome both scheduled and walk-in patientsMain office is well-equipped with lab, PT, pharmacy, x-ray, ultrasound, MRI, CT, and full cardiac testingLow IT burden for physicians, time to focus on patients (patients over paperwork)Easy access to specialists and imaging with direct scheduling in the officeArea has top schools, beautiful parks, 45 minutes from Atlanta airportSchedule/Hours:Physicians generally work between 35 to 43 hours per week (including Saturday hours/documentation/administrative work) and can expect to see 20 to 25 patients per day once establishedClinic hours:Monday through Friday 9 AM-6 PM (with 1 hr lunch break from 1-2 PM)Saturday 10 AM-4 PMSunday 10 AM-2 PMMinimum of one weekend per month for top compensation offer (preferably 2 alternating Saturdays / month) Compensation/Benefits:Full -time schedule starting salary is >$230-$260k (higher base for experienced candidates) + comprehensive benefits (including 401k)Physicians base + productivity starting second year with a minimum production requirementEstablished physicians earn over the 75 percentile MGMAProfit sharing opportunities
