Production Line Lead Location: Joliet, IL Pay Rate: $22.00 - $23.00 per hour Schedule: 2nd Shift (2:45 PM - 11:00 PM Monday - Friday), 3rd Shift (10:45 PM - 7:00 AM Sunday - Thursday) As a Production Line Lead in Joliet, you'll help keep production strong and steady. Coordinate the setup, operation, and changeover of packaging machines and lines. Monitor production performance to ensure efficiency, quality, and adherence to schedules. Perform quality checks and ensure compliance with company Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs). Communicate production goals and updates to team members and leadership. Address and troubleshoot minor equipment or process issues; escalate as needed. Train team members on job responsibilities, safety protocols, and GMPs. Maintain a clean and organized line by ensuring housekeeping and 5S standards are followed. Document production metrics, downtime, and any incidents accurately. Perform other tasks as assigned by the Production Supervisor or Manager. Manufacturing work is fast paced and physical. Pay is good.
