This is a full-time position based in the Cobb, Cherokee, and Fulton County area with a starting pay of $15/hr plus event bonuses. The role involves energetic, sales-minded engagement with customers during events and helping run event operations. Responsibilities Represent the brand at local events, markets, and pop-ups Set up and break down event setups including tables, signage, tents, and cake displays Track event activity, manage cake pars, and maintain strong communication Apply a sales-driven approach to conversations and close deals Upsell products and drive sales at events Stand, walk, and move around during events; handle setup and logistics as needed Foster an engaging, positive atmosphere to generate customer interest in the cakes Qualifications Sales-savvy with proven experience (quotas, retail, or sales bonuses experience preferred) Outgoing, tenacious, and energetic Driven and goal-oriented Willing to work weekends Reliable transportation and ability to travel between Cherokee and Cobb as needed Comfortable lifting event supplies and setting up tents The Perks $15/hr starting pay Bonus potential tied to event sales performance Fun, fast-paced environment with cake products Collaborative team culture Opportunity to be part of selling happiness If you are ready to contribute to the Bundt brand, apply with your resume and a note on why you are a strong fit for this SALES QUEEN/KING role.
