MEPF Coordinator

Responsibilities Ensuring that all MEPF services provisions clearance is provided in time for structure, thru Inspection with the Project Management Inspector and provides technical advice to construction team. Carry out site walks and inspection for service installation, identifying poor quality elements and advise construction team. Carry out inspection for MEPF Contractor material along with QA/QC and Project Management Inspectors. Ensure that all MEPF Site Instruction (SI), Non Compliance Report (NCR), Project Manager’s Instruction (PMI), Work Request (WR), Inspection Request (IR), Testing and etc are closed out. To inspect concealed MEPF service installation prior to closure of void /riser etc in conjunction with QA/QC and obtaining consultant sign off. Ensure that Company HSE policies are implemented at site in coordination with HSE department Requirements With Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (preferably board passer); With at least 1 to 2 years work experience in Construction Industry; Will be based in NCR and Provincial assignment; #J-18808-Ljbffr Monolith Construction
