Servicenow DeveloperRole and Responsibilities ServiceNow Developer with a passion for growth and innovation. The ideal candidate provides development and maintenance related support for ServiceNow tool implementation and customization. Expected to have knowledge and/or experience in business and technical skills related to specific module/s such as HR/ITSM/ITOM of ServiceNow and various scripting languages (e.g. JavaScript), plus knowledge in Service Now low code/no code called the NOW platform. Designs and develops customized reports while applying code level changes in ServiceNow environment in order to develop tailored views. Able to implementing different ServiceNow modules and customize as needed.Primary Skills:Experience in creating applications using ServiceNow StudioCreate application files such as modules, tables, and scriptsWrite, test, and debug client-side and server-side scriptsSecure applications against access by unauthorized users and applicationsExperience in automating application processes with work-flows, Send and receive notifications in ServiceNowGenerating and respond to eventsUsage of application properties to modify application behavior dynamicallyUsage of REST for outbound and inbound integrationsImporting data from external data sourcesThe successful candidates for this position will become members of our Client Innovation Team. You will work closely across the CIC network to delight our customers with leading edge solutions with a keen focus on quality and client satisfaction. In addition to strong collaboration across the team, you will be virtually integrated into our deep learning and knowledge program as well as employee engagement across NA.All resources in our CIC network may be requested to travel depending on specific client project needs. US Travel is typically related to knowledge transfer and client relationship building at the client site, as well as subsequent travel for key milestones or project initiatives. Travel is generally no more than 50% of the time.
