Sr. Launch Mission Integrator

Role/Responsibilities/Qualifications Supports the Assured Access to Space Mission Solutions Acquisition Delta and various satellite program offices as part of a collaborative team responsible for successfully planning and executing a wide variety of activities leading up to a satellite’s launch. Responsibilities include procedure development, launch vehicle interface control, mission readiness support, launch campaign operations, analysis facilitation, and day‑of‑launch anomaly processes. Works closely with government and contractor mission teams, overseeing manufacturing surveillance, product integrity assessments, risk management, technical evaluations, requirement development, verification, and post‑flight analysis. Organizes face‑to‑face meetings and teleconferences, reviews technical and programmatic documentation related to assigned missions. Work is primarily conducted at Los Angeles AFB, CA with travel within the United States to support NSSL missions. Qualifications At least 10 years of experience in space or launch programs and familiarity with launch vehicle missions, performance, integration, and processing At least 7 years of Program Management experience Experience with USAF, NRO, or USSF Systems Engineering and Acquisition processes Must be able to work independently Ability to work proficiently on unusually complex technical problems and provide solutions which are highly innovative and ingenious Ability to influence without authority, working with technical and cross‑functional teams Education Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a STEM field Security Clearance & Other Requirements U.S. Citizen with Secret Clearance; ability to obtain a TS/SCI clearance Compensation The typical salary pay range for this position is USD $155,000 – $185,000 per year. Individual pay is determined by many factors including work location, job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. In addition to salary, this position is also eligible for a discretionary annual performance bonus, and a full benefits package including a significant profit‑sharing retirement savings plan.
