At least 1 year of retail sales experience. Experience in interviewing, hiring, and training people. Ability to lead, manage, motivate, and communicate positively with associates at all levels. Skill in training, coaching, and developing associates to provide engaging customer service and execute operational tasks. Independent judgment and discretion partnering with the Store Sales Manager. Strong cognitive skills including problem solving, analysis, decision making, and financial and quantitative analysis. Advanced working knowledge of general retail practices and procedures. Flexible schedule to meet business needs, including holidays, nights, weekends, and extended hours. Basic computer skills. Physical Requirements and Environment Regularly lift up to 40 lbs. from floor level to above shoulder height using proper equipment and safety techniques. Perform frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting. Remain mobile on the sales floor for extended periods. Minimum 1+ year of sales experience, preferably retail sales. Advanced understanding of general retail practices and procedures. Experienced team leader with energy and enthusiasm to motivate and communicate effectively with associates. Expertise in interviewing, hiring, training, and nurturing talent. Effective mentoring and training on selling techniques and operational processes. Work flexible schedule including holidays, nights, weekends, and extended hours.
