SHIFT SUPERVISOR (FULL TIME)

Morrison Healthcare Shift Supervisor Location: Baptist Medical Center East – 400 Taylor Road, Montgomery, AL 36117. Note: online applications accepted only. Schedule: Full time; 11‑hour shifts. Days and hours may vary; rotating weekends are included. Details provided at interview. Requirement: Previous supervisory experience required. Pay Range: $16.00 to $17.10 per hour. Job Summary Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and ensure assigned job expectations are met while maintaining policy and procedure standards. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Provide training and create work schedules. Evaluate the performance of workers; reward high performers and discipline employees who fail to meet reasonable standards. Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure unit meets expectations for quality, productivity and safety. Act as the contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off. Serve as a mentor, develop employees, and encourage workers to set goals and strive for advancement within the organization. Perform other duties as assigned.
